participants must submit a collection of poems composed by a minimum of three poems and a maximum of five poems. The poems must be submitted in a sealed envelope, on the first page should be full details of participant: Full name, Title of Poems, Certificate Identity of the participant, Year in which he studies, and stamp section of the branch. The second page must contain the participant pseudonym or motto and title of the poems. The remaining pages contain poems.
the poems must be submitted before February 15 poets from Phobos and Deimos occasion mentioned in the Colegio Bolivar.
The awards will be held in special event to be held at the College Liberator on March 21, 2008.
The award will consist of collections of specialized books and two hundred Bolivars F.
the jury shall consist of a member of Phobos and Deimos, a professor of literature at the institution and the poet Jesus Enrique Leon, Coordinator of the Literacy Center.
