Bolivarian  duly registered students may participate in the Bolivarian Liceo Andres Bello, except for poets attached to the center of Creative Writing LILIES Poetics. 
participants must submit a collection of poems composed by a minimum of three poems and a maximum of five poems. The poems must be submitted in a sealed envelope, on the first page should be full details of Participant: Full name, Title of Poems, Identity card of the participant, Year in which he studies, and stamp section of the branch. The second page must contain the participant pseudonym or motto and title of the poems. The remaining pages contain poems. 
the poems must be submitted before February 15 the poets of Poetic Lilies occasion mentioned in the Bolivarian Liceo Andres Bello.
 The awards will be held in special event to be held in the Bolivarian Liceo Andres Bello on March 7, 2008.
 The award will consist of collections of scientific books Two hundred and F. Bolivar 
the jury shall consist of a member of Lily Poetic, a professor of literature at the institution and the poet Jesus Enrique Leon, Coordinator of the Literacy Center. 
