duly registered students may participate in the Bolivarian High School Julio S. Alvarez, except for poets attached to the center of Creative Writing Art and Poetry.
participants must submit a collection of poems composed by a minimum of three poems and a maximum of five poems. The poems must be submitted in a sealed envelope, on the first page should be full details of participant: Full name, Title of Poems, identity card the participant, Year in which he studies, and stamp section of the branch. The second page must contain the participant pseudonym or motto and title of the poems. The remaining pages contain poems.
the poems must be submitted before February 15th to the poets of Art and Poetry on occasion referred to in the Bolivarian High School Julio S. Álvarez.
The awards will be held in special event to be held in July Bolivarian High School S. Alvarez on March 14, 2008.
The award will consist of collections of specialized books and two hundred Bolivars F.
the jury shall consist of a member of Art and Poetry, a professor of literature at the institution and the poet Jesus Enrique Leon, Coordinator of the Literacy Center.
