participants must submit a collection of poems composed by a minimum of three poems and a maximum of five poems. The poems must be submitted in a sealed envelope, on the first page should be full details Participant: Full name, Title of Poems, Identity card of the participant, Year in which he studies, and stamp section of the branch. The second page must contain the participant pseudonym or motto and title of the poems. The remaining pages contain poems.
