• is open to all young potosinos 18 to 29 years old running on their own projects, with proposals to promote productive employment creation.
• The support may be requested to develop projects of permissibility, traditional type, intermediate technology and high technology.
• Projects may be submitted in accordance with the categories FOLLOWING:

CATEGORY A: to the amount of $ 20,000.00, with a contribution of 10% by the young entrepreneur who in individually or in groups start new businesses or businesses that have federal taxpayer registration issued during the period from January to July 2010 entered into the scheme reflects the economic activity that will take place as individual or corporation.

CATEGORY B: Up amount of $ 40,000.00, with a contribution of 10% by the young entrepreneur who individually or in groups and have a growing business or company and wish to strengthen and to have federal taxpayer registration issued during the period January 2009 - July 2010, registered in the economic activity carried out, comop individual or entity.

• The support given to young entrepreneurs need to reintegrate to INPOJUVE May not within r of 18 months, after a grace period of two months to initiate the return of resources by monthly deposits with no financial cost.
• The participating projects will be judged according to their technical feasibility, financial and commercial project to be generating jobs (1 to 3), social impact, originality and creativity, youth participation in their places of origin and reflect a adequate capacity to pay.
